Medium frame bag for cyclists

The Hollywood Racks 017-1 is a medium-sized frame bag designed for bicycle riders who need accessible storage on the top tube. It mounts securely to the frame with straps that fit a variety of frame shapes. The 1.6 litre capacity holds a phone up to 7 inches, keys, wallet, energy gels and small tools. A clear TPU window allows touchscreen operation while the phone stays protected inside.

Water-resistant polyester under daily use

The bag uses carbon-fibre texture polyester with sealed double zippers to resist rain and road spray during sustained rides. Reflective tapes on both sides improve visibility in low light. A hidden earphone port lets you route a cable without opening the main compartment. The sun visor and flashing board add extra shelter for the screen in bright sun or heavy showers.

1.6 litre load capacity decides fit

The single specification that determines suitability is the 1.6 litre internal volume. Riders who need to carry larger items such as a mini pump, spare tube or bulky jacket will find the space insufficient. Cyclists who only need phone, nutrition and small essentials will match the capacity exactly.

Questions about this item

Does the 1.6 L bag trap heat against the frame during long rides?

The polyester fabric and open frame-mount design allow air to circulate, so the bag does not create a heat pocket against the tube.

What mounting hardware must I already have on the bike for the straps to attach?

The three straps wrap directly around the top tube and head tube, so no rack, eyelets or special mounts are required.

Will the touch-screen window work with an older phone that has a thick protective case?

The TPU window is designed for phones up to 7 inches with slim cases only; thick cases prevent the touchscreen from registering.
