Home Concept Black Parchment Gold-Lined Empire Clip Shade

Black Parchment Gold-Lined Clip Shade

This small empire shade uses a spider fitter that clips directly onto a candle-type bulb. It suits chandeliers and wall sconces where a traditional silhouette and warm gold lining are desired. The black parchment exterior limits light spill through the sides while the lining reflects illumination upward and downward.

Clip-on fitter installs in seconds without tools

The brass double and single clips slide over the bulb and hold the shade firmly in position. Buyers who have a harp or uno fitter on their fixture will find this shade incompatible. Confirm the bulb style and fitter type before ordering to avoid a return.

Rated for a maximum 40 watt candlelabra bulb

Exceeding this wattage risks heat damage to the parchment and lining. Buyers who need higher output for a large room should look for a shade rated for a larger bulb. The gold lining helps distribute the available light efficiently within the stated limit.
