Textured Oatmeal Drum Shade

This drum-shaped lampshade features a textured oatmeal fabric finish in an off-white colour. It is designed for traditional interiors and uses a standard washer fitter that sits on a lamp harp. The hardback construction provides a durable, hotel-quality feel suitable for everyday use.

Check your harp and slant height

Verify that your existing lamp uses a spider-type washer fitter secured by a finial. Measure your current shade to confirm the 14 top, 14 bottom and 7 slant height dimensions match your requirements. The slant height is the full diagonal measurement of the shade, not the vertical distance from the bottom edge to the fitter.

Heavy brass frame and white lining

The reinforced heavy-duty brass frame resists bending from knocks by children or pets. A white interior lining helps reflect light evenly into the room. Upholstery-grade fabric prevents the material from becoming brittle due to smoke or sunlight exposure over time.

Questions about this item

Does the 14-inch drum shade come with a harp or finial, or do I need to buy those separately?

The shade includes a heavy-duty brass spider fitter with notches and a one-inch drop; the harp and finial are not included and must be purchased separately.

The listing shows only the 14x14x7 size — how do I know this is the right version for my lamp?

Measure your existing shade; this drum shade has a 14-inch top, 14-inch bottom and 7-inch slant height, so it fits lamps that match those exact dimensions.

What does the 7-inch slant height mean once the shade is on my lamp?

The 7-inch slant is the diagonal distance from the top edge to the bottom edge, so the shade will extend that far down from the fitter when installed.
