Home health UV sanitizer case

The Home Zone Security ES02035G is a portable UV-C LED sterilization case designed for home health care. It disinfects everyday items such as mobile phones, wallets, keys, masks and jewellery using six UVC LEDs. The compact soft case is covered in grey PU leather and operates from a standard USB interface with a 5V 2A input. It suits households wanting chemical-free surface disinfection for frequent-touch objects.

Safety features and power profile

A magnetic child-lock zipper tag cuts power instantly when the case is opened, preventing accidental UV exposure. The unit draws 6W during its one-minute sterilization cycle and runs from any USB port or 5V 2A adapter. The interior uses reflective lining to maximize light coverage across the 8.66 x 6.69 x 5.12 in cavity. Operation is controlled by a single on/off button for straightforward daily use.

Sustained disinfection performance

Lab testing confirms a 99.99% kill rate against viruses and bacteria including Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The one-minute cycle delivers consistent results without harsh chemicals, and the EPA establishment number 97832-CHN-1 is registered for the device. Repeated cycles maintain the same output because the LEDs and reflective lining are rated for continuous daily operation. Buyers needing larger capacity for tablets or bulk items should consider a larger cabinet-style unit.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the ES02035G sanitizer case, and what is the common mistake?

Connect the USB cable to a 5V 2A power source, place items inside, zip the case fully to engage the magnetic child lock, then press the one-touch button for the 1-minute cycle. The step people miss is leaving the zipper slightly open, which keeps the UVC LEDs off.

What maintenance will the ES02035G need over time?

The six UVC LEDs are rated for thousands of hours; when output drops, the whole unit is replaced rather than individual bulbs. Wipe the PU leather exterior and reflective inner lining with a dry cloth — no liquids — to keep reflectivity high.

What limit appears first during repeated back-to-back cycles?

The 6 W UVC LED array generates heat inside the sealed 8.66 x 6.69 x 5.12 in case; after several consecutive 1-minute runs the internal temperature triggers an automatic pause until the LEDs cool.
