200-Count Elastic Bowl Covers for Proofing

This pack supplies two hundred reusable plastic covers designed for bakers who proof sourdough and other doughs. The elastic openings stretch to fit bowls, plates and various containers up to 42 centimetres across. They replace single-use wrap and keep moisture in during fermentation.

Stretch Limit of 42 Centimetres

The single specification that decides fit is the maximum stretch of 42 centimetres across the opening. If your mixing bowls or proofing containers are wider than this, the covers will not seal. Measure your largest vessel before ordering.

Microwave-Safe and BPA-Free Material

The covers are made from food-grade PE plastic that is BPA-free and microwave safe, so you can reheat leftovers without removing the lid. They are not dishwasher safe and should be washed by hand. The transparent material lets you see contents at a glance.
