Kitchen proofing covers

These elastic bowl covers come in a 300-piece pack and are designed for home bakers who need reliable moisture retention during dough fermentation. The food-grade PE material stretches over bowls, plates and containers to create a seal that keeps dough from drying out. They also work for general food storage, picnics and barbecue prep where dust protection is needed.

Stretch up to 42 centimetres

The retractable opening expands to 42 centimetres, letting one cover fit a wide range of bowl and plate diameters. This single dimension decides whether the cover will seal your specific containers, so measure your largest vessel before buying. The elastic edge grips securely without clips or fasteners.

Microwave safe and freezer tolerant

The plastic material is rated microwave safe and freezer safe, so covers can move from proofing to reheating or cold storage without removal. They are not dishwasher safe, so hand washing is required. The thin PE film adds negligible thermal mass and produces no noise during use.
