HOMEXCEL Microfiber Cloth 20 Pack

This pack supplies twenty grey microfiber cloths for household and automotive interior care. Each square measures 11.5 inches per side and weighs 0.32 kilograms as a set. The soft fabric suits car detailing, kitchen surfaces and window cleaning. Buyers who need heavy-duty polishing pads or specialised glass towels should look elsewhere.

Practical Limits of Microfiber Cleaning

Microfiber lifts dust and liquid through fibre density rather than chemicals, so heavily soiled or greasy areas may need a dedicated cleaner first. The 11.5 inch size handles most interior panels but can feel small on large bonnets or windscreens. Cloths saturated with wax or sealant residue lose absorbency until washed. They are not designed for abrasive scrubbing on rough textures.

Installation and Common Issues

Use is immediate: unfold a cloth and wipe the surface, flipping to a clean side when loaded. Machine washing maintains performance, but fabric softener and high heat clog fibres and reduce absorbency over time. Lint-free results depend on washing separately from cotton towels. The main failure mode is cross-contamination when a dirty cloth is reused on sensitive paint or glass.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 20-pack of 11.5-inch cloths or a different quantity?

How absorbent are these cloths in real use?

They are described as super absorbent, designed to rapidly soak up water and moisture for streak-free drying on paint, glass and kitchen surfaces.

What material standard applies and what does it limit?

The cloths are microfiber, which provides a soft, lint-free finish that will not scratch delicate clear coat or interior plastics.
