Black rubber protective boot for the Honeywell CN80 standard-range computer, compatible with the CN80-SH-DC scan handle
The Honeywell CN80-RB-SHC is a black rubber boot designed for the Dolphin CN80 standard-range computer when fitted with the CN80-SH-DC scan handle. It wraps the device to absorb shocks and resist abrasion in warehouse, retail and field-service environments. Workers who scan continuously on hard floors gain a grippier, more confident hold.
This accessory replaces a damaged or lost original boot on a CN80 standard-range unit that already uses the dockable scan handle. The upgrade is worth it when the existing rubber has cracked, stretched or no longer seats the handle securely. It restores the intended drop protection without changing the scanner ergonomics.
The boot moulds around the CN80-SH-DC scan handle so the combination still slides into its dock for charging and communication. No case removal is required for routine docking. The open port cut-outs keep data, audio and charging contacts accessible while the rubber shields corners and edges.

Yes, the black rubber boot is designed for the standard-range CN80 and remains compatible with the CN80-SH-DC scan handle.
Stretch the boot over the device starting at the scan-handle end, then seat the corners; the step often missed is fully seating the bottom lip so the dock contacts stay exposed.
Replace the boot when the rubber shows cracks, the corner bumpers are torn, or the material no longer grips the device securely.
