Honeywell 4x6" Direct Thermal Labels

Honeywell LD-LX-P labels are 4 by 6 inch direct thermal shipping labels supplied as 220 labels on a single roll. They are intended for e-commerce sellers and small businesses that print shipping labels on desktop thermal printers without ink or toner cartridges.

Perforated waterproof labels with permanent adhesive

Labels use a direct thermal process so no messy ink or toner is required. Perforated lines between each label allow easy tear-off. The material is waterproof, BPA-free and resists scratching, while strong permanent adhesive keeps labels fixed during transit.

Rigid box protects light-sensitive roll

The roll ships in a rigid cardboard box with biodegradable light-resistant plastic to prevent premature darkening. Compatible with most 4-inch adjustable-width thermal printers including Zebra, Rollo, Munbyn and DYMO 4XL 1744907. Not compatible with DYMO 550 or 5XL models that require RFID chips.

Questions about this item

How do I load the roll into a 4‑inch direct‑thermal printer without jamming the perforated labels?

Open the printer, place the roll so labels feed from the bottom, align the 4‑inch width guides, and close the latch before printing a test label.

When will the print start to fade on these direct‑thermal labels?

Expect fading after months of sunlight or heat exposure; the light‑resistant plastic wrap helps, but the chemistry darkens over time.

Why won't my DYMO 550 recognise this roll?

The 550 series requires an RFID chip on the core, which this roll does not have.
