100-pack NTAG215 key fobs
Each package supplies 100 black ABS fobs fitted with NTAG215 chips that hold 504 bytes of rewritable memory. The tags are password-protected and include a read-write lock so data can be made permanent after programming. An iron key-ring is moulded into every fob for attachment to keys or bags.
NFC tap-range constraint
Communication only works when an NFC-enabled phone or reader is held within a few centimetres of the fob. The chips do not emit RF energy themselves and draw power entirely from the reader field. Metal surfaces or thick cases can shorten the already short working distance.
504-byte memory ceiling
The 504-byte capacity fits short records such as URLs, contact cards or Wi-Fi credentials but cannot store media files or large data sets. Buyers who need more storage per tag should consider higher-capacity NFC formats. The chips endure 100000 rewrite cycles and a 10-year service life.

Questions about this item
Should I buy the 100-pack or a smaller quantity of these NTAG215-3 key fobs?
The listing only offers a 100-count pack; each fob provides 504 bytes of memory and a 10-year service life with up to 100000 rewrite cycles.
What does the 504-byte memory actually hold when I tap the fob with my phone?
It stores small data such as a URL, Wi-Fi credentials, a contact card or a short text record — enough for one NDEF message per tag.
Which NFC standard do these fobs use and what devices can read them?
They use the NTAG215-3 chip compliant with NFC Forum Type 2, so any NFC-enabled Android phone or iPhone 7 and later can read and write them.
