65% Retro Typewriter Keyboard

The HongCai G602 is a wired 65 percent keyboard with clicky switches and round ABS keycaps in green. RGB backlighting offers eight static modes, four streaming effects and five brightness levels. A Type-C cable provides plug-and-play connectivity for Windows or macOS systems without extra drivers.

Compact Layout Frees Desk Space

The 65 percent form factor removes the numeric keypad and function row while keeping arrow keys and navigation cluster. Lightweight plastic construction and anti-slip feet keep the board stable on small desks. The fixed cable eliminates battery management and suits setups where a single USB port is available.

For Typists Wanting Clicky Feedback in a Small

The clicky switches and sculpted round caps suit users who prefer audible confirmation per keystroke. Builders who need hot-swappable sockets, per-key RGB customisation or a detachable cable should look elsewhere. The integrated membrane base and non-replaceable keycaps limit long-term modification options.

Questions about this item

How many keys does the 65% G602 layout provide?

The G602 uses a compact 65 percent layout with 65 keys, omitting the function row and numpad for a smaller desk footprint.

Does the keyboard stay cool and quiet during all-day typing sessions?

Membrane clicky switches produce an audible click with each press and generate minimal heat because power draw is low over USB Type-C.

What connection does the G602 need on the host device?

A free USB Type-C port is required for the wired plug-and-play connection; no extra drivers or power adapters are needed.
