Compact Microwave Steam Cleaner

The HORNO Angry Mama is a small green steam cleaner made from heat-resistant PP plastic that fits inside a microwave. It weighs .086 kilograms and uses high-temperature steam to soften baked-on grease and food splatters without harsh chemicals. The BPA-free, odourless material is food-grade safe and dishwasher safe for easy maintenance. This manual tool suits anyone wanting a quick, chemical-free way to freshen a microwave interior.

Five-Minute Steam Cycle Limit

The cleaner relies on microwave heat to generate steam, so the cycle is limited to the recommended 3 to 5 minutes on high power plus a 7-minute timer reference. Steam penetration depends on the microwave's wattage and the amount of water and vinegar added. It cannot scrub surfaces mechanically; it only loosens residue so it can be wiped away. The process does not disinfect beyond what steam heat achieves in that short window.

Check Microwave Cavity Space

Before ordering, verify the microwave cavity has enough height and width for the figure to stand upright on its anti-slip base without touching the roof or walls. The click-lock lid must seal securely to prevent leaks during heating. Ensure the turntable can rotate freely with the unit in place. Buyers who need a cleaner for conventional ovens or large commercial microwaves should note this tool is sized for standard household microwave interiors only.

Questions about this item

Which version of the HORNO Angry Mama should I choose?

The HORNO Angry Mama comes in a single green model weighing .086 kilograms with a 7-minute timer and no additional components, so there are no capacity or version options to select.

What does the 7-minute timer mean when I use it in my microwave?

The 7-minute timer indicates the maximum cycle length; the manufacturer recommends heating on high for 3-5 minutes to generate steam that softens grease and food splatters for easy wiping.

What interface or standard does this cleaner use and what does it limit?

It uses microwave heat as its power source with a manual, non-electric design, so cleaning performance is capped by your microwave's wattage and the 3-5 minute steam cycle.
