Horrible Therapist: Extra Horrible Edition is a comedy card game for three to eight players aged seventeen and above. Each round combines a Question card, an Answer card, and a Treatment card to create a therapy-themed comic. The player who delivers the funniest Treatment earns a point and the first to three points wins.

Replayability Over Long Sessions

The box contains eighty Question cards, one hundred fifty-eight Answer cards, and two hundred Treatment cards for a total of four hundred thirty-eight cards. This large pool keeps the combinations fresh across many consecutive rounds. Groups can play repeatedly on the same night without seeing the same pairings.
