1/6 Scale Star-Lord Figure

The Hot Toys MMS255 presents Star-Lord from Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy at 1/6 scale. It stands approximately 31 cm tall and features 30 movable points for dynamic posing. The figure captures Chris Pratt's likeness with a newly developed head sculpt showing detailed skin texture and beard. This collectible is intended for display by fans aged 14 and above.

Magnetic Head Swap and LED Mask

The set includes a standard head sculpt and an interchangeable masked head with an LED light-up function in red. Swapping heads uses a magnetic connection that requires careful alignment to avoid stressing the neck peg. The LED unit operates on included button batteries; the mask fits tightly so removal needs steady pressure. Costume elements are tailored fabric pieces that can snag on joint articulation if posed roughly.

For Movie-Accurate Display Collectors

This figure suits collectors who prioritise screen-accurate detail and the specific LED masked portrait feature. The Standard Version omits the additional weapons and flight accessories found in the Deluxe release. Buyers seeking a wider arsenal or alternate costume pieces should look at the expanded edition. The 14+ age rating reflects small parts and delicate construction rather than play durability.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 30 movable points on this 1/6 scale Star-Lord figure are all functioning after unboxing?

Gently articulate each joint — shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees and ankles — through their full range; all 30 points should move smoothly without sticking, and the figure should hold poses at its 12.2-inch height.

Which accessories are included with the Standard Version and what must I purchase separately?

The box contains the newly developed head sculpt, an interchangeable LED light-up masked head sculpt, detailed costume, weapons and accessories; batteries for the LED function are not included.

Should I choose the Standard Version or look for another edition of this MMS255 figure?

The Standard Version delivers the complete 1/6 scale Star-Lord with 30 points of articulation, authentic Chris Pratt likeness, LED masked head and full accessory set — no additional edition is required for the core collectible experience.
