Collectible Star-Lord Figure

This Hot Toys MMS255 VIP figure depicts Star-Lord from Guardians of the Galaxy at 1/6 scale. It stands approximately 12.2 inches tall and features a newly developed head sculpt with authentic likeness to Chris Pratt. The set includes an interchangeable LED light-up masked head sculpt and highly detailed costume elements. It is manufactured as a collectible item recommended for ages 14 and up.

Display Collectors Seeking Movie Accuracy

Collectors who value screen-accurate Marvel representations with articulated posing options will appreciate the 30 movable points and interchangeable heads. The LED light-up mask function adds a distinctive display feature not found on standard releases. Buyers looking for rugged play figures for younger children or those needing a smaller scale for limited shelf space should consider other options.

Articulation and Accessory Capacity

The 30 points of articulation allow a wide range of dynamic poses for shelf display or photography. The interchangeable head sculpts provide two distinct display modes, one with the illuminated helmet visor. The figure’s plastic construction supports careful handling but is not designed for rough play or outdoor use. Storage space must accommodate the 35 cm height and included accessories.

Questions about this item

Do I need to buy batteries separately for the LED light-up masked head sculpt?

The interchangeable masked head sculpt with LED light-up function requires batteries that are not included with the figure.

Will this 1/6th scale Star-Lord figure fit on shelves designed for other 30 cm action figures?

At 35 cm tall it is noticeably taller than standard 30 cm figures, so measure your shelf clearance before displaying it.

How can I verify the 30 movable points are all functioning correctly after unboxing?

Gently articulate each joint through its full range; the figure should hold poses at all 30 points without stiffness or looseness.
