Scale and Audience

This Hot Toys MMS281 figure reproduces Captain America at 1/6 scale with a height of 12.2 inches. It is aimed at collectors aged 14 and above who want a movie-accurate representation of Chris Evans from Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Articulation and Durability

The figure offers 30 movable points allowing a wide range of dynamic poses for display. Its plastic construction and tailored fabric suit are designed to hold those poses securely over time without sagging or joint loosening.

Display Constraints

At 35 centimetres tall the piece needs a shelf or cabinet with sufficient vertical clearance for the figure and its dedicated stand. The magnetic metal shield with retractable handles adds width when posed, so extra lateral space is advisable.

Questions about this item

Does the 35 cm figure generate any heat or noise when displayed all day?

No, the 1/6 scale Captain America figure is a static collectible with no electronics, so it produces no heat or noise.

What extra items are needed to pose the 30 movable points on the figure?

Nothing extra is required; the 30 points of articulation move by hand and the magnetic metal shield attaches directly to the figure.

Will the 12.2 inch height match other 1/6 scale figures already on my shelf?

Yes, the 1/6 scale (approximately 12.2 inches) is the standard size for Hot Toys releases, so it lines up with existing 1/6 figures.
