1/6 Scale Diecast Collectible

This Hot Toys Movie Masterpiece Series figure reproduces the Iron Man Mark V armour from Iron Man 2 at 1/6 scale. It stands approximately 32 cm tall and includes a Tony Stark head sculpt modelled on Robert Downey Jr. The release marks the 400th entry in the Masterpiece line and is rated for ages 14 and up.

Diecast Construction and LED Lighting

The figure uses diecast metal parts for key armour sections, adding heft and a premium feel. Integrated LEDs illuminate the eyes, chest arc reactor and palm repulsors for display impact. Thirty articulation points across the arms, legs and waist allow a wide range of dynamic poses without stressing the joints.

Interchangeable Armour and Suitcase Accessory

Movable armour flaps replicate the suiting-up sequence seen on screen, while battle-damaged chest armour, left arm and hands offer an alternate display option. A painted Mark V suitcase and a Whiplash arc reactor complete the set, and a themed figure stand provides stable positioning for shelf or cabinet presentation.

Questions about this item

How do I install the LED lighting for the eyes, chest arc reactor, and palm repulsors, and what step do people often miss?

Connect the battery pack inside the torso, then activate the hidden switch under the chest plate; the step most skip is removing the protective film from the battery contacts before first use.

What maintenance or replacement will the diecast armor and movable joints need over time?

Dust the 30 articulation points with a soft brush every few months; avoid oils on the diecast surfaces and store the figure upright on its stand to prevent joint stress.

What limit appears first when the figure is posed continuously under its own weight?

The 30 movable points can loosen if the 32 cm diecast body is held in extended arm poses for weeks; return to a neutral stance on the stand to reset joint tension.
