Two-Figure Star Wars Collectible Set

This 1/6 scale set pairs Grand Moff Tarkin and Darth Vader as they appeared in A New Hope. Each figure stands approximately 31 cm tall and is built for display rather than play. The manufacturer recommends the set for ages 14 and up. Collectors seeking a screen-accurate Imperial duo will find the pairing convenient.

Articulation and Display Stability

Both figures share 30 movable points, allowing a range of poses for shelf presentation. The joints hold positions firmly under the weight of the tailored uniforms and armour. Grand Moff Tarkin includes a high-back chair that supports the figure during long-term display. The plastic construction resists sagging when the figures are left in dynamic stances.

Materials, Base and Daily Handling

The set uses plastic for structural parts and fabric for the Imperial uniform and Vader’s cape. A Death Star themed base anchors the display and prevents tipping. Multicolour paint applications replicate on-screen tones without glossy overcoats. Routine dusting with a soft brush keeps the finish clean without risk to the articulation.

Questions about this item

Does the set generate any noise or heat when displayed all day?

The 1/6 scale figures are static plastic collectibles with no moving parts, so they produce no noise or heat during continuous display.

What must I already own to display the Grand Moff Tarkin and Darth Vader figures?

No additional hardware is required; the set includes both figures, Tarkin's high-back chair and a Death Star themed base for immediate display.

Will the 12.2 inch Vader figure look out of scale beside my older 12 inch Star Wars figures?

Vader stands approximately 12.2 inches tall at 1/6 scale, so he matches vintage 12 inch lines closely; Tarkin at 31 points of articulation sits in his chair at a compatible height.
