Scale and Audience

The Hot Toys MMS494 Patrol Trooper is a 1/6th scale collectible figure based on Solo: A Star Wars Story. It stands approximately 12.2 inches tall and features 30 points of articulation for dynamic posing. Designed for collectors aged 14 and above, it replicates the specialist stormtrooper’s distinctive armor and helmet with screen-accurate detail. This item suits display-focused enthusiasts rather than younger children or rough play.

Thermals Noise and Power

As a static plastic and fabric collectible, the figure generates no heat, produces no audible noise and draws zero electrical power during normal display. It requires no batteries, charging or external connections to maintain its appearance. Environmental stability is achieved simply by keeping it away from direct sunlight and extreme humidity. No active cooling or power management is involved.

Accessories Impact

The box includes a newly designed Patrol Trooper helmet, armor pieces, a meticulously tailored fabric suit and under-suit, plus a pistol and baton. These components allow the owner to recreate the character’s on-screen loadout and swap gear for varied display options. The fabric tailoring adds realistic texture that moulded plastic alone cannot achieve. No digital codes, software or electronic enhancements are bundled.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the Patrol Trooper helmet and armor pieces onto the 1/6 scale figure body without damaging the 30 movable points?

The helmet and armor are pre-fitted to the newly designed 1/6 scale body; align each piece with the corresponding pegs and press gently until seated, avoiding force on the 30 articulation joints.

Will the fabric suit and under-suit on this Patrol Trooper figure need replacement or special care over time?

The tailored fabric suit and under-suit are fixed components; dust them with a soft brush and keep the figure away from direct sunlight to prevent fading or material degradation.

At what point does the 31 inch height become a display limitation for this collectible figure?

At 31 inches tall the figure requires a deep shelf or cabinet with sufficient vertical clearance; the limit appears first when standard 12 inch display spacing cannot accommodate the full height.
