Collectible Bat-Signal 1/6 Scale

The Hot Toys MMS640 Bat-Signal is a 1/6th scale collectible figure based on The Batman movie. It measures approximately 23 centimetres in height, 24 centimetres in width and 23 centimetres in depth. The piece features a screen-accurate design with a distressed Bat symbol at the centre of the signal light. It is intended for collectors aged 14 and above.

Power and Display Checks Before Buying

The Bat-Signal includes an LED light-up function that is USB operated, so a USB power source such as a wall adapter or powered hub is required for illumination. An adjustable stand allows projection at a chosen angle onto a wall or surface. Verify that you have a suitable USB port and enough clear wall space for the projected symbol.

Thermals Noise and Power in Use

The LED light source runs cool and produces no audible fan noise during operation. Power draw is limited to the low current supplied by a standard USB connection. The adjustable stand holds the unit steadily at the selected projection angle without vibration or heat concerns. The collectible is made of plastic and designed for static display.

Questions about this item

Does the Bat-Signal come with a USB cable for the LED light, or must I supply one?

The LED light-up function is USB operated; a cable is included in the box.

The specs list 30 movable points yet only one point of articulation — which is correct?

The product has one articulation point on the adjustable stand; the 30-point figure refers to a different Hot Toys release.

How large is the projected bat symbol when the unit sits on a shelf 23 cm high?

At the stated 23 cm height the adjustable stand lets you angle the beam, so the projected symbol size varies with wall distance.
