1/6 Scale Collectible Figure

The Hot Toys MMS696D54 Iron Man Mark VII D100 Version is a 1/6 scale collectible figure celebrating the Disney 100 anniversary. It features a distinctive red and platinum metallic finish limited to 1,500 units worldwide. Designed for adult collectors aged 14 and above, the figure stands approximately 32.5 cm tall with 30 points of articulation for dynamic posing.

Diecast Construction and LED Features

The figure utilizes diecast components within its armor structure to provide a substantial feel and structural integrity. Integrated LED illumination activates in the helmet eyes, palm repulsors, and chest arc reactor for display impact. The movable joints allow repositioning without stress on the painted surfaces during normal handling.

Interchangeable Armor and Display Base

Interchangeable shoulder and forearm armor pieces enable weapon-firing configuration changes for varied shelf presentations. A themed diorama platform styled after The Avengers provides a dedicated mounting point for stable exhibition. The multicolor plastic construction resists fading under typical indoor lighting conditions.

Questions about this item

How is the LED light-up helmet installed on the 1/6th scale figure, and what step do collectors often miss?

The helmet fits over the head sculpt; the step often missed is aligning the internal battery contacts before pressing it fully into place.

What maintenance will the LED light-up eyes, palms, and arc reactor need over time?

The LEDs are sealed and not user-serviceable; if illumination fades, the entire electronic module requires professional replacement.

At what point does the diecast armor weight stress the 30 movable points during sustained posing?

The 32.5 cm diecast construction places continuous load on the 30 articulation joints; the shoulder and hip ratchets show loosening first.
