Tony Stark Mark VII Suit-Up Figure

The Hot Toys MMS718B is a 1/6 scale collectible figure depicting Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark during the Mark VII armor sequence in The Avengers. It stands approximately 31 cm tall and features a newly developed head sculpt with a rolling eyeball system for adjustable gaze. The figure includes over 30 points of articulation and a battery-operated LED Arc Reactor on the chest. It is recommended for ages 14 and up.

Articulation and Light-Up Arc Reactor

The figure utilizes a newly developed body offering over 30 points of articulation for a wide range of dynamic poses. A white LED Arc Reactor is integrated into the chest and operates on batteries to illuminate the suit-up sequence. The head sculpt features a separate rolling eyeball system allowing precise eye positioning without moving the head. Detailed beard, wrinkles and skin texture enhance the authentic likeness.

Interchangeable Armor Parts and Bonus

Attachable Mark VII armor parts are included to simulate the progressive suiting up process seen in the film. A special edition available in selected markets adds a Stark Tower hologram accessory to the package. The figure features metallic red and silver painting on the armor components and a brown hair sculpture. These elements allow collectors to recreate the iconic transformation scene.

Questions about this item

How do I install the batteries for the Arc Reactor LED on this 31 cm figure?

Open the chest plate on the newly developed body, insert the required button cells into the battery compartment, then close the plate securely so the white LED lights up.

What maintenance will the 30 articulation points and rolling eyeball system need over time?

Dust the joints and eyeball mechanism regularly with a soft brush; avoid forcing stiff joints and apply a tiny amount of silicone lubricant only if movement becomes gritty.

Which limit appears first when the LED Arc Reactor runs continuously on batteries?

Battery depletion stops the white light first; replace the button cells to restore illumination.
