Collectible Scale and Audience

This 1/6th scale Hot Toys figure depicts Spider-Man in his battle-damaged appearance from the Sam Raimi film. It is intended for adult collectors aged 14 and above who value movie-accurate detail and premium articulation. The piece serves as a high-end display item rather than a toy for rough play.

Compatibility and Display Requirements

Before ordering, verify that your display area can accommodate a 1/6th scale figure with an interchangeable head sculpt and tailored fabric suit. No batteries, power supply or assembly tools are required, but shelf depth and clearance should suit a fully articulated adult collectible.

Durability Under Handling

The elastic fabric suit and implanted hair fringe are designed for careful posing and long-term display rather than repeated rough handling. Delicate elements such as the shattered lens and ripped mask areas may show stress if frequently repositioned, so the figure is best suited for static exhibition.

Questions about this item

Does the box include both the damaged and the intact masked heads or do I need to buy a second head separately?

Both head sculpts are included — one with the ripped mask and shattered lens showing the likeness beneath, plus a complete masked head for alternate display.

The model number 859 appears in the title — does it mark a different scale or edition from other Hot Toys Spider-Man figures?

The figure is the 1/6th scale Battle Damaged Version; MMS859 is the unique product code for this specific release.

With the implanted hair fringe and elastic fabric suit, how does the figure hold a dynamic pose once it is on a shelf?

The tailored elastic suit moves with the articulated body, and the implanted hair stays in place, so the battle-damaged pose remains stable without extra support.
