Shadow Moon 1/6 Scale Figure

The Hot Toys TMS159 is a 1/6th scale collectible figure of Shadow Moon from the 1987 tokusatsu series Kamen Rider Black. It features a newly designed helmet with LED-lit green eyes, silver armor over a black undersuit, and a Shadow Charger Henshin belt with a spinning green LED light. The figure includes ten interchangeable hands for varied display options. It is manufactured by Hot Toys and recommended for ages 14 and up.

Upgrade from Standard Figures

This figure replaces basic static figures with a fully articulated premium collectible that replicates the character's on-screen appearance. The jump is worth it for collectors who want movie-accurate sculpting, tailored fabric elements, and integrated LED lighting effects on both the helmet and belt. The detailed accessories and interchangeable parts provide display versatility that simpler figures cannot offer.

Check Display Space and Power

Before ordering, verify you have adequate shelf space for a 1/6th scale figure with articulated antenna details and included accessories. The LED features on the helmet and belt require button cell batteries that are not always included, so confirm battery requirements separately. Ensure the display area can support the figure's weight and prevent accidental damage to the tailored costume elements.

Questions about this item

Does the Shadow Moon figure need a specific base or stand to display the 1/6th scale body with the LED helmet and belt?

The figure includes a robust body with articulated antenna boots and a Shadow Charger Henshin belt with a spinning green LED, so it can stand on its own; a separate stand is not required for basic display.

How do I activate the LED-lit green eyes on the helmet and the spinning light on the Henshin belt without damaging the figure?

The newly designed helmet and belt feature integrated LED functions; handle the head and belt gently when switching them on to avoid stressing the wiring or the articulated antenna details.

Which of the ten interchangeable hands will wear out first from frequent posing, and how do I replace them?

All ten hands are made of the same plastic material and attach via the standard wrist pegs; swap them by pulling straight out and pressing the new hand firmly onto the peg until seated.
