24-Bay 4U Rackmount Server Chassis

The HOTCFWQ 4U rackmount chassis fits a standard 19-inch rack and provides 24 hot-swappable 3.5-inch drive bays. It accepts SATA II/III or SAS II/III drives operating at 6Gb/s. The 1.0mm SGCC zinc-coated steel construction meets EMC design standards. It is built for dense storage deployments such as cloud storage, big data and security monitoring.

24 Drive Bays with 12Gb/s Expander Backplane

The expander backplane option delivers 12Gb/s Mini SAS connectivity with an onboard temperature control chipset. Twenty-four bays give substantial raw capacity for distributed storage or NAS workloads. The 6Gb/s drive interface limits per-drive throughput, so sustained sequential performance tops out at that rate. Seven full-height PCI/PCIe slots provide room for RAID controllers or networking cards.

Three 12038 Ball-Bearing Fans

Three included 12038H ball-bearing fans move air across the drive bays and motherboard area. The chassis accepts a standard PS2 power supply or a redundant power supply for higher availability. Two front-accessible USB 2.0 ports are standard, with USB 3.0 offered as an option. System LEDs and switches cover power, reset, drive activity, network, UID and fault indication.
