Car Trash Can 2 Gallon 12 Pack

The HOTOR HT138 is a 2‑gallon automotive trash can sold in a 12‑pack for fleet operators, rideshare drivers or retailers who need multiple units. Each bin is made from black polyester with a waterproof inner lining that resists leaks from drinks or food waste. Adjustable straps let the can hang from front or rear headrests or sit on the centre console. Collapsible sides allow flat storage when not in use.

Magnetic Snap Bag Retention

Four internal magnetic snaps hold a replacement bag in place so the liner stays secure during cornering and braking. The snap‑in system lets you remove a full bag and fit a fresh one in two steps without tools or fiddly clips. The leak‑proof lining contains spills even when the can is tilted, and the polyester shell resists abrasion from repeated loading and unloading on daily routes.

Multipurpose Storage and Cooler Use

Beyond waste collection, the bin doubles as a waterproof storage organizer for cups, toys or accessories and can serve as a small cooler when packed with ice. The 20.07 cm × 13.97 cm × 25.91 cm footprint fits sedans, SUVs and trucks alike. Buyers who need a larger single unit, a different colour or a rigid plastic shell will not be served by this 12‑pack of soft‑sided black cans.

Questions about this item

Does the 2-gallon bin stay cool to the touch after a full day in a hot car?

The waterproof polyester lining resists heat build-up and can be wiped clean, so the interior remains comfortable to handle even after extended sun exposure.

What must I already have in the vehicle to mount the HT138?

You need a headrest with exposed posts or a centre-console edge for the adjustable strap to loop around; no tools or extra hardware are required.

Will the magnetic snaps on this model hold standard 137-series replacement bags?

Yes, the four internal magnetic snaps are designed to secure the 137-series liners as well as the included bags, letting you swap them in two steps.
