Large LED Display

The Hournor 6658BD is a 16.2 inch digital wall clock with 4 inch high contrast digits. It shows time, date, week and temperature for clear visibility across a room. The unit runs from the included 5V 2A adapter and 12 foot USB cable. It is suited for living rooms, bedrooms, classrooms or offices.

Power And Mounting Check

Verify you have a mains socket near the chosen wall because the clock is not battery operated. The supplied USB cable reaches 12 feet and the adapter plugs into a standard outlet. Battery backup only retains settings during outages and will not drive the display. Ensure the mounting surface can hold the 15.0 by 1.5 by 5.0 inch case.

Sustained Operation

The LED panel stays lit continuously while plugged in so readability does not fade over long periods. A 10 level dimmer and an automatic sensor adjust brightness to ambient light preventing glare at night. Memory retention keeps time and alarms accurate through power cuts without a reset. Timers count up or down to 99 minutes for repeated daily use.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and is anything needed separately?

The package includes the clock, a 12-foot USB cable and a 5V2A adapter. No batteries are required for operation; the unit runs from mains power and only uses a backup cell to retain settings during outages.

Which version of the 6658BD should I choose for a bedroom?

The model is offered in a single 16.2-inch blue finish with a 9-colour night light and 10-level dimming, so the listed version already covers bedroom use without further options.

How readable is the 16.2-inch display with 4-inch digits in daylight?

The 4-inch high-contrast digits on the 16.2-inch LED panel are designed for clear visibility from any angle and distance, and the automatic sensor adjusts brightness to prevent glare in bright rooms.
