Mini Pedestal for Small Statues

This solid cement pedestal measures 8.25 inches high and 4 inches square, providing a raised platform for collectibles or decorative objects. Its Roman Ionic column design features scrolled embellishments and an antiqued museum white finish. Felt pads on the base protect furniture surfaces from scratches. The compact footprint suits shelves, mantels or side tables.

Passive Stability and Surface Protection

The cement construction gives the piece enough mass to hold lightweight items securely without any moving parts or assembly. No power, cooling or noise considerations apply to this decorative accessory. Felt pads on the bottom prevent damage to wood, glass or stone surfaces when the pedestal is moved or repositioned.

Replaces Improvised Risers and Books

The column replaces stacked books, boxes or generic blocks used to elevate small sculptures. The jump is worth it when a cohesive classical look matters more than adjustable height, and when a permanent, scratch-free base is preferred over temporary solutions. It is not suited for heavy statuary, outdoor exposure or situations requiring a larger footprint.

Questions about this item

How do I place the 8.25-inch cement column on a shelf without scratching the surface?

The base already has felt pads attached; set the 4-inch square footprint down gently so the pads make full contact.

Will the antique white finish need sealing or repainting over time?

The cement is coloured throughout and the antiqued museum white is integral; no sealing or repainting is required.

How much weight can the 4-by-4-inch top hold before it becomes unstable?

The solid concrete column weighs enough to stay steady with typical small statues; avoid loads that overhang the 4-inch edges.
