Charging Stand for Poly Sync 40

This stand is a dedicated AC-powered charging station designed exclusively for the Poly Sync 40 speaker. It provides a fixed dock to keep the conference device powered and ready for meetings. The unit includes a universal power supply for broad electrical compatibility. It serves professionals who use the Sync 40 as their primary audio endpoint.

Simple Placement and Connection

Installation requires placing the Sync 40 speaker onto the stand and connecting the included power supply to a mains outlet. No software drivers or pairing steps are involved. The main risk is seating the speaker incorrectly so that the charging contacts do not engage. Users should verify the speaker sits firmly and the charge indicator activates.

Verify Speaker Model and Power Needs

Before ordering, confirm the conference speaker is the Poly Sync 40 model; other Poly or third-party speakers will not fit or charge. Ensure a standard AC wall socket is available near the intended desk location. The universal supply handles common voltage ranges, but the plug type must match your local outlet standard.
