Rack-mount installation and SFP+ modules

The switch mounts in a 1U rack space measuring 1.7" high, 17.4" wide and 9.7" deep, weighing 7.54 lb. Wall mounting is also supported. Uplinks require separate SFP+ transceivers matched to the fiber type and distance; using mismatched modules or exceeding cable ratings will cause link failures. The single installed power supply leaves no redundancy if that unit fails.
