Temperature and humidity limits

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 771 series printhead or another series for my HP Designjet Z6200?

The CE018A is a 771 series printhead built for the HP Designjet Z6200 Photo Series printers. Use the 771 series to match the printer's ink system and maintain colour accuracy.

What does the magenta and yellow printhead actually do inside the Z6200?

It fires magenta and yellow ink droplets to create the red, orange, green and skin-tone portions of every photo, poster or fine-art print the Z6200 produces.

Does the printhead use a standard inkjet interface that limits speed or resolution?

It connects through the Z6200's proprietary carriage interface, so throughput and droplet placement are governed by the printer's own firmware rather than an external standard.
