HP CE860A 500-sheet Paper Tray for Color LaserJet CP5220/CP5225

500-sheet tray for CP5220/CP5225

The HP CE860A is a 500-sheet paper tray designed for the HP Color LaserJet Professional CP5220 Printer Series and CP5225 models. It suits offices that need to extend paper capacity without adding another device. The black accessory installs directly into the printer chassis. It is built for environments where frequent reloading interrupts workflow.

Capacity and headroom

The tray holds 500 sheets of standard paper, effectively doubling the available supply for long print runs. It allows two different paper types to stay loaded simultaneously, reducing manual swaps. The feeder runs out when the 500-sheet limit is reached, requiring a refill before the next job. High-volume departments may still need additional trays for continuous operation.

Bundled benefit

The simple-to-install design means the tray is ready for use without tools or specialist knowledge. It changes daily routine by cutting trips to the printer for reloads. No software or driver installation is required because the printer recognises the hardware automatically. The accessory adds capacity only; it does not alter print speed or quality.
