Business-ready 14.0" HD laptop

This HP EliteBook 840 G3 delivers a 14.0" HD display at 1366 x 768 resolution with an Intel Core i7-6500U dual-core processor reaching 3.10 GHz turbo frequency. It comes equipped with 16GB DDR3 memory and a new 500GB M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD. The unit ships with no operating system installed.

Suits mobile professionals needing a lightweight

Buyers who want a touchscreen panel should look elsewhere because this model uses a non-touch HD screen. Anyone requiring a pre-installed Windows licence must acquire and install their own operating system separately. Users needing more than 32GB total memory capacity will find the two-slot limit restrictive.

The 500GB M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD decides fit

This single drive provides the only internal storage and determines whether the 500GB capacity meets the workload. The NVMe interface is the key specification to verify against the motherboard slot before purchase.
