Business mobility profile

The HP EliteBook 840 G9 is a 14-inch WUXGA touchscreen laptop built for professionals who need a durable, portable device running Windows 11 Pro. Its Intel Core i7-1265U processor reaches 4.80 GHz, paired with 16GB DDR5 memory and a 512GB NVMe SSD for responsive everyday performance.

Touchscreen and collaboration tools

The 1920x1200 16:10 display adds vertical workspace for documents and video calls while supporting direct touch input. Integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics drive the panel and external monitors. A built-in webcam and fingerprint sensor streamline authentication and hybrid meetings without extra peripherals.

Capacity comfort zone

The 16GB DDR5 and 512GB NVMe combination handles multitasking, productivity suites, and light creative workloads comfortably. Demanding 3D rendering, large local datasets, or heavy virtualisation will exceed the integrated graphics and storage headroom, so buyers needing sustained GPU compute or multi-terabyte capacity should look elsewhere.
