16-inch EliteBook with Core Ultra 5

This HP EliteBook 860 G11 is a 16.0-inch business laptop built around an Intel Core Ultra 5 135U processor. It ships with 16 GB of memory, a 512 GB solid-state drive and Windows 11 Pro 64-bit. The WUXGA panel shows 1920 x 1200 resolution and the system includes vPro technology for managed environments. It suits professionals who need a large screen and modern silicon in a portable chassis.

Installation and common issues

The notebook arrives fully assembled with the operating system pre-loaded, so first boot only requires language, network and account choices. Driver updates for the integrated graphics, Wi-Fi 802.11ax and Bluetooth stack are delivered through Windows Update or the HP Support Assistant. The sealed chassis means memory and storage are not user-upgradable; buyers who want more storage or a second drive must choose a different model.

Practical limits of the platform

Integrated graphics share system memory and are intended for productivity, video playback and light creative work rather than sustained 3D loads. The single HDMI output supports one external display at up to the panel’s native resolution. Wireless performance follows the 802.11ax standard and real-world throughput varies with router capabilities, channel congestion and antenna placement.
