14-inch Copilot+ convertible

The HP EliteBook X Flip G2i is a 14-inch touchscreen convertible built around the Intel Core Ultra 7 366H processor. It ships with Windows 11 Pro, 32 GB of memory and a 512 GB SSD. Integrated Intel graphics drive the WUXGA IPS panel, while Wi-Fi 7 and 5G cellular keep the system connected on the move.

Upgrade from older ultraportables

Moving from a previous-generation ultraportable without a neural processing unit unlocks the Copilot+ AI experiences baked into Windows 11 Pro. The 366H chip reaches 4.80 GHz turbo frequency, and the 100% sRGB, 800 nit display adds colour-accurate brightness. The jump is worth it when local AI workloads and always-connected 5G become daily requirements.

32 GB memory and 512 GB storage headroom

The 32 GB configuration handles heavy multitasking, large browser tab counts and local model inference without paging. The 512 GB SSD holds the OS, apps and active project files comfortably. Storage runs out when media libraries or virtual machine images grow beyond the drive, and memory pressure appears only with simultaneous large datasets.

Questions about this item

Does the 14.0" touchscreen need any special mounting hardware for a laptop stand?

The 14.0" touchscreen is built into the convertible chassis, so no extra brackets are required; any flat laptop stand that accepts a 14 inch footprint will work.

What is the correct way to insert the 5G SIM so the modem is recognised on first boot?

Power the notebook off, open the SIM tray with the eject tool, place the nano-SIM contacts-down, push the tray fully home, then start Windows 11 Pro — the Intel 5G modem enumerates automatically.

When should the 512 GB SSD be replaced to avoid wear-out?

The 512 GB SSD is soldered to the mainboard and cannot be swapped; monitor SMART health in Windows and plan a full device refresh once the drive reports critical wear.
