It comes equipped with 32 GB of DDR4 memory, a 512 GB M.2 SSD plus a 1 TB hard drive, and Windows 10 Pro. A pop-up privacy webcam, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB keyboard and mouse are included in the single-unit chassis.

Who this suits and who it does not

This system suits offices that need a compact, touch-enabled desktop for video conferencing, general productivity, and light creative work without separate monitor cables. Buyers who require discrete graphics performance, user-upgradeable graphics, or a non-touch display should consider other form factors.

The specification that decides fit

The fixed 24-inch 1920 x 1080 touch panel determines whether the all-in-one matches your workspace and interaction needs; the display size and touch capability cannot be changed after purchase.

Questions about this item

How is the pop-up privacy camera installed, and what step do people miss?

The camera is built into the chassis and rises automatically when an application requests video; the step users miss is granting camera permission in Windows 10 Pro privacy settings so the mechanism actually triggers.

What maintenance or replacement will the 512 GB M.2 SSD and 1 TB HDD need later?

The M.2 SSD has no moving parts and needs no routine service; the 1 TB hard drive may eventually require replacement if SMART data reports reallocated sectors or unusual noise.

What limit appears first on the 24 inch 1920 x 1080 touchscreen during sustained use?

Continuous touch input can cause the capacitive layer to register ghost touches or reduced sensitivity before the panel backlight or i5-7500 processor reaches any thermal ceiling.
