24-inch FHD Touch All-in-One

The HP EliteOne 1000 G1 combines a 24-inch 1920 x 1080 touchscreen with a 7th Gen Intel Core i7-7700 processor, 32 GB DDR4 memory and a 128 GB SSD. It ships with Windows 11 Pro and includes a USB keyboard, mouse and integrated webcam. The compact design suits office desks that need a complete, space-saving workstation.

Integrated design simplifies setup

Because the display, computer and speakers share one chassis, only a single power cable and network connection are required. The pop-up privacy camera and integrated Wi-Fi reduce cable clutter further. The main limitation is internal access; the 2.5-inch drive bay and SODIMM slots are reachable only after removing the rear cover, so upgrades need basic tools and care.

Suits touch-centric office workflows

The 10-point capacitive touchscreen and Windows 11 Pro make this unit a natural fit for collaborative meetings, digital signage or front-desk tasks. Buyers who need discrete graphics, larger local storage or user-serviceable components without disassembly should consider a traditional tower and separate monitor instead.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 24-inch 1920 x 1080 touchscreen is responding correctly after setup?

Open Windows Settings, go to Devices then Touchscreen, and run the calibration tool; a smooth response across the full 1920 x 1080 panel shows the digitiser is working.

Which accessories are included in the box and what must I purchase separately?

The box contains the All-in-One unit, a USB keyboard and a USB mouse; cables for power and network are attached, while any external drives or headsets are separate purchases.

Should I choose the 32 GB DDR4 configuration or the 8 GB option for this i7-7700 model?

The 32 GB DDR4 SODIMM version handles heavy multitasking and large datasets without paging, while the 8 GB build suits lighter office work and can be upgraded later.
