24" FHD Touch All-in-One

The HP EliteOne 1000 G1 is a 24-inch full-HD touch all-in-one desktop powered by a 7th Gen Intel Core i7-7700 quad-core processor running at 3.60 GHz with turbo up to 4.20 GHz. It ships with 8 GB of DDR4 SODIMM memory and a dual-drive layout combining a 256 GB M.2 SSD with a 1 TB hard drive. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed along with a USB keyboard and mouse.

Suited for touch-centric office work.

This system suits users who want an integrated touch display for video conferencing, web apps and general productivity in a compact footprint. The built-in pop-up privacy camera and integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth support meeting-heavy workflows. Buyers who require a dedicated graphics card for 3D rendering, gaming or multi-monitor GPU acceleration should look at a tower workstation instead.

256 GB M.2 SSD plus 1 TB HDD

The single specification that decides fit is the dual-drive storage: a 256 GB M.2 solid-state drive for the operating system and key applications paired with a 1 TB hard drive for bulk data. This combination determines whether the capacity and speed balance matches the buyer's workload before purchase.

Questions about this item

What display interface does the i7-7700 graphics use and what resolution does it cap at?

The integrated graphics drive the built-in 24 inch 1920 x 1080 touchscreen at its native 1080p resolution.

What physical mounting points and chassis clearance does the 24 inch all-in-one require?

The unit sits on its integrated stand; no VESA mount or separate bracket is included in the standard configuration.

How is the DDR4 memory upgraded and which step is often missed?

Remove the rear cover, insert 204-pin SODIMM modules into the two slots, then re-seat the cover screws — forgetting to press the modules fully into the sockets until they click is the common error.
