Product Identity

The HP EliteOne 1000 G1 is a 24-inch all-in-one desktop with a 1920 x 1080 touchscreen. It ships with Windows 11 Pro, 8 GB of DDR4 memory and a dual-drive layout of 128 GB M.2 SSD plus 1 TB SSD. A 7th Gen Intel Core i7-7700 processor and integrated graphics handle everyday business workloads. USB keyboard and mouse are included in the box.

Deciding Specification

The single detail that determines fit is the 24-inch 1920 x 1080 touchscreen panel combined with the soldered i7-7700 CPU. Because the processor and display are fixed, the system suits buyers who need a ready-to-use touch workspace and cannot upgrade the graphics or processor later. Buyers who want a larger curved screen, a discrete GPU or a user-replaceable CPU should look elsewhere.

Installation & Common Issues

Setup is minimal: place the unit, connect power, attach the supplied USB keyboard and mouse, then follow the Windows 11 Pro first-run prompts. The pop-up privacy camera activates automatically for video calls. The most frequent issue is the fixed 8 GB DDR4 SODIMM limit; the board maxes out at 32 GB but the supplied 8 GB module occupies one slot, so a future upgrade requires opening the chassis and adding compatible DDR4 sticks.
