All-in-One for Office Teams

The HP EliteOne 1000 G1 integrates a 24-inch 1920 x 1080 touchscreen, a 7th Gen Intel i5-7500 quad-core processor, 32 GB DDR4 memory, a 512 GB M.2 SSD and a 1 TB hard drive into a single black and silver chassis. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed and a USB keyboard plus mouse are included. The pop-up privacy webcam and integrated Wi-Fi support video conferencing from the desk.

Dual-Drive Upgrade Path

This model replaces a traditional tower-and-monitor pair by combining system speed from the 512 GB M.2 SSD with bulk capacity on the 1 TB drive. The jump is worthwhile when a clutter-free workspace matters and when 32 GB of soldered SODIMM memory covers current multitasking without future expansion.

Check Mounting and Port Needs

Verify that the fixed 24-inch screen size suits the viewing distance and that the integrated Intel Q270 chipset provides the display outputs required for any secondary monitors. Confirm the USB keyboard and mouse meet ergonomic preferences, because the all-in-one design does not allow component swaps after purchase.

Questions about this item

Does the 24-inch 1920 x 1080 touchscreen need a VESA mount or stand for desk placement?

The EliteOne 1000 G1 is a self-contained all-in-one with its own integrated stand; no separate VESA bracket or monitor arm is required to sit on a desk.

Which step is often missed when adding more DDR4 SODIMM memory to the 204-pin slots?

After inserting each module at an angle, press down firmly until both side clips click into place — forgetting to seat both clips leaves the memory loose and unrecognised.

When should the 2.5-inch 512 GB M.2 SSD or the 1 TB hard drive be replaced?

Replace either drive if SMART diagnostics report reallocated sectors, if the OS reports write errors, or if you need more capacity than the current 512 GB and 1 TB provide.
