HP EliteOne 1000 G1 24-inch touch all-in-one

This 24-inch full-HD touchscreen all-in-one integrates the PC behind the display and ships with Windows 11 Pro. It targets office workers and reception areas that need a compact, cable-light workstation with an integrated pop-up privacy camera and supplied USB keyboard and mouse.

Sustained-load behaviour

The 7th Gen Intel quad-core i5-7500 runs at 3.40 GHz with Turbo up to 3.80 GHz and 6 MB cache. Integrated graphics share the 8 GB DDR4 SODIMM pool, so extended multi-tasking or video-conferencing sessions stay within the thermal envelope of the sealed chassis without discrete-GPU headroom.

Tool-less chassis access and fixed 8 GB memory limit

The SoDIMM 204-pin slots are reachable after removing the rear cover, yet the platform tops out at 32 GB and this unit ships with 8 GB soldered or single-stick. Dual-drive bays accept the existing 512 GB M.2 SSD plus the 1 TB 2.5-inch SSD, but no additional 2.5-inch bay is free for expansion.

Questions about this item

How much power does the i5-7500 processor draw when the 24" touchscreen runs all day?

The quad-core i5-7500 operates at a 3.40 GHz base clock and can reach 3.80 GHz with Turbo Boost, while the integrated graphics share the same thermal envelope.

Do I need to supply my own keyboard and mouse, or are they included?

A USB keyboard and USB mouse are included in the box, so no separate input devices are required for first use.

Can I keep using my existing Gigabit Ethernet cabling with this all-in-one?

Yes, the built-in Gigabit Ethernet port works with standard Cat5e or Cat6 cables already installed in most offices.
