HP EliteOne 800 G4 23.8" FHD i7-8700 16 GB DDR4 128 GB + 1 TB all-in-one PC

EliteOne 800 G4 all-in-one overview

This HP EliteOne 800 G4 is a 23.8-inch full-HD all-in-one desktop aimed at office professionals who need a compact workstation with an integrated display. It ships with Windows 11 Pro, 16 GB of DDR4 memory, a 128 GB M.2 SSD paired with a 1 TB hard drive, and includes a USB keyboard and mouse. The integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630 handles everyday business applications and video conferencing.

Sustained workload behaviour

The 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8700 runs at a 3.20 GHz base frequency and can reach 4.60 GHz with Turbo Boost across its six cores and twelve threads. Under continuous multi-threaded load the all-in-one thermal design will throttle clocks to stay within its chassis limits, so expect lower sustained frequencies than the peak turbo figure. Integrated graphics share system memory, reducing bandwidth available to the CPU during heavy graphical tasks.

Pre-purchase checks

Verify that the 23.8-inch 1920 x 1080 non-touch panel meets your workspace viewing-distance and mounting requirements. Confirm that the single 128 GB M.2 slot and 2.5-inch bay layout match any future storage expansion plans you have. Ensure the integrated Gigabit Ethernet and wireless card satisfy your network infrastructure, and note that the system uses SODIMM DDR4 modules for any memory upgrades.
