EliteOne 800 G4 23.8" touch all-in-one

This 23.8-inch FHD touch all-in-one integrates an 8th Gen Intel Hexa-Core i7-8700 processor with 32 GB DDR4 memory. It ships with Windows 11 Pro, a USB keyboard and a USB mouse. The anti-glare IPS panel suits office workers who need a compact, cable-free workstation.

Dual-drive upgrade from single-drive AiOs

The 512 GB M.2 SSD plus 1 TB hard drive replaces the single spinning drive found in older all-in-one desktops. The jump is worth it when boot speed and bulk storage must coexist without adding external boxes. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630 handles everyday business visuals.

32 GB DDR4 headroom for heavy multitasking

The 32 GB DDR4 SODIMM configuration comfortably runs dozens of browser tabs, Office suites and video calls simultaneously. It runs out when workloads demand discrete GPU acceleration or memory beyond the soldered maximum. The DVD-RW drive adds legacy media support.

Questions about this item

Does the 23.8" 1920 x 1080 touchscreen unit require a VESA mount or separate stand for desk placement?

The EliteOne 800 G4 is a complete all-in-one with an integrated stand; no separate VESA bracket or monitor arm is needed for normal desk use.

Which panels must be removed to upgrade the 32 GB DDR4 SODIMM or the 2.5" 512 GB M.2 SSD, and what common mistake should I avoid?

Lay the unit face-down on a soft cloth, remove the rear cover screws, then lift the cover; the SODIMM slots and M.2 socket are exposed — insert memory at 30° until it clicks, and secure the M.2 drive with its screw before reassembling.

What components inside the 800 G4 are most likely to need replacement after several years of daily use?

The DVDRW drive mechanism, the 1 TB hard drive, the CMOS coin cell, and the internal cooling fan are the parts that typically wear out first.
