It ships with 8 GB DDR4 SODIMM memory and dual storage: a 512 GB M.2 SSD plus a 1 TB hard drive. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed with a USB keyboard and mouse included.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

The integrated UHD Graphics 630 and touch display suit office workers, front-desk staff and education users who need a compact, interactive workstation. Buyers who want more memory than 8 GB or discrete graphics for creative workloads should look at other configurations.

The specification that decides fit

The 23.8-inch 1920 x 1080 touchscreen with anti-glare coating is the defining feature; if your workflow does not benefit from direct screen interaction, a standard desktop and separate monitor may be more practical.

Questions about this item

Does the built-in Gigabit Ethernet port limit network speed to 1 Gbps?

Yes, the integrated Gigabit Ethernet caps wired throughput at 1 Gbps, which is the maximum for this port.

What physical space does the 23.8" all-in-one chassis need on a desk?

The unit integrates the 23.8" FHD IPS touchscreen and all components into a single black/silver chassis that sits on its included stand; allow room for the screen footprint and rear cable clearance.

How is the 512 GB M.2 SSD installed, and what step is often missed?

The M.2 SSD is factory-fitted in the internal M.2 slot with Windows 11 Pro already loaded; the common oversight is forgetting to initialise the secondary 1 TB hard drive in Disk Management before use.
