Business Mini PC

The HP EliteDesk 800 G5-MINI is a refurbished desktop built for office tasks. It runs a 6-core Intel Core i5-9500T at 2.20 GHz with 16 GB DDR4 and a 512 GB NVMe SSD. Windows 10 Pro 64-bit is pre-installed. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630 drives two DisplayPort outputs.

Ideal for standard productivity

This unit suits workers who need a compact, quiet machine for documents, email and browser-based apps. The 16 GB memory and fast NVMe storage keep everyday workflows responsive. Buyers who want more storage, discrete graphics or a newer Windows version should look elsewhere.

512 GB NVMe boot drive

The single specification that decides fit is the 512 GB NVMe SSD. It determines how much local data, applications and OS updates the system can hold before an external drive or cloud tier becomes necessary.

Questions about this item

How long will the 512 GB NVMe SSD last before it needs replacement?

NVMe SSD endurance varies by workload; under typical business use the 512 GB drive can last several years before wear becomes a concern.

What limits sustained performance of the Intel Core i5-9500T 2.20 GHz 6-core processor?

Thermal limits in the 1.33" high mini chassis throttle the 6-core CPU during extended heavy loads.

How loud and hot does the mini PC get when running all day?

The small 1.33" x 6.96" x 6.88" enclosure forces the fan to spin up noticeably under continuous load, raising both noise and surface temperature.
