This 3.5 inch internal hard drive delivers 6 TB of storage on a 12 Gb/s SAS interface. It spins at 7.2K RPM and uses a hot-swap large form factor tray for quick replacement. The drive is supplied new in retail or OEM packaging that may vary. Model number 601015119-01 identifies the unit.

Buyers needing 12 Gb/s SAS connectivity

This drive suits servers and storage arrays that accept 3.5 inch hot-swap SAS bays running at 12 Gb/s. Systems without a 12 Gb/s SAS backplane or controller cannot use the interface. Environments requiring a different form factor, a non-hot-swap mounting, or a lower spindle speed should consider other options.
