Built for high-frame-rate gaming

This HP OMEN 16 pairs an AMD Ryzen 9 8940HX processor with an NVIDIA RTX 5060 Laptop GPU and 16GB DDR5 memory. The 16.0-inch WUXGA display runs at 144Hz for smooth motion in competitive titles. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed on a 1TB PCIe SSD.

Check your peripheral ecosystem

The laptop includes Wi-Fi 6E and an IR webcam for streaming, but verify that your existing monitors, docks and audio gear match the available ports. Confirm the 16GB DDR5 configuration meets your multitasking needs before ordering, as memory is not user-accessible after the factory upgrade.

Fits a portable battle-station

Advanced OMEN Tempest cooling with Cryo Compound and extra heat pipes keeps the keyboard zone up to 15% cooler and cuts cool-down time by 50%. DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation can boost frame rates up to 8x, while NVIDIA Reflex 2 reduces latency by up to 75%. The IR sensor adjusts thermals dynamically, freeing you from manual fan curves during long sessions.
