34-inch WQHD Curved Gaming Monitor

The HP OMEN 34c is a 34-inch curved gaming monitor with a 21:9 aspect ratio and WQHD 3440 x 1440 resolution. It targets gamers who want an immersive ultra-wide field of view and smooth motion handling. The 1500R curvature wraps the picture around your peripheral vision for deeper engagement. A 165Hz refresh rate and 1 ms response time support fast-paced competitive play.

Check video outputs and adaptive sync compatibility

Verify that your graphics card can drive 3440 x 1440 at 165Hz over the available display ports on your system. AMD FreeSync Premium requires a compatible AMD GPU to eliminate tearing and stutter without manual intervention. The monitor has no built-in speakers, so plan for external audio if you do not already use a headset or desktop speakers. Ensure your desk depth accommodates the curved cabinet and its stand adjustment range.

Sustained brightness and contrast stability

The panel delivers 400 cd/m2 peak brightness in HDR mode and maintains a 3000:1 contrast ratio during extended sessions. A 35 W power draw suggests modest heat output even after hours of continuous gaming. The VA technology behind the 178° viewing angles keeps colour consistency steady across the curved surface without noticeable shift. Pixel density of 110 ppi remains sharp for both gaming and desktop text at typical viewing distances.
