HP OMEN 45L Gaming Desktop

This HP OMEN 45L tower is built around a 15th Gen Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor with 24 cores and 36MB cache. It pairs that CPU with a GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card carrying 32GB of GDDR7 memory. The system includes 128GB of DDR5 RAM and an 8TB PCIe NVMe SSD. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed.

Suits 4K creators and AI developers.

The 24-thread processor and 128GB DDR5 capacity serve 4K video editors, 3D artists and local AI workloads that need large memory space. VR-ready graphics and a 1200W power supply support sustained high loads. Builders who need a smaller chassis or a lower power envelope should look elsewhere.

128GB DDR5 memory capacity decides fit

The platform provides 128GB of DDR5 installed across DIMM slots, a figure that determines whether the machine can hold your working set without paging.

Questions about this item

Will the 18.5 IN wide tower fit on a standard desk shelf?

The chassis measures 18.5 IN wide by 21.9 IN deep by 8 IN high and weighs 46lb, so verify shelf depth and weight rating before placing it.

How is the 360mm AIO cooler mounted inside the OMEN 45L case?

The 360mm AIO arrives pre-installed; the step users miss is confirming the pump power cable is seated on the CPU_FAN header before first boot.

When should the 1200W power supply be inspected or replaced?

Check dust filters every 6-12 months; the 1200W PSU itself typically runs 5-7 years before capacitor aging warrants a swap.
